Saint Etienne Saint Blaise's Church

Description

All that remains of the ancient 12th-century church is the bell tower with its polygonal spire covered in slate. The central nave and two smaller side aisles were rebuilt in 1872.
The 17th-century painted and gilded wooden altar is a marvel to behold. Its façade, decorated with a dove of the Holy Spirit on a sun and clouds, is remarkable. Don’t forget to admire the Ark of the Covenant on the door of the tabernacle. This church also boasts a sublime Virgin and Child dating from the 16th century.
